Amazing Watches SL prescribes to a ¨No questions asked full refund¨ return policy on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take it back and give you a full refund.

All watches we sell on this website are verified authentic and in working condition. We DO NOT sell replica watches. Watches that we have listed as “unworn” will include the original box, instruction booklet and warranty paperwork/card (unless where otherwise noted in the description). Watches we have listed as “pre-owned” have also been verified authentic with no after market parts and are in good working condition. These watches do not normally include the original box or warranty paperwork. Individual listings will note what is included with the watch. In lieu of an original box, Amazing Watches SL will provide a store watch box for listings that do not include an original box.

This warranty covers the mechanical functions of your automatic watch including (but not limited to) running fast/slow or inexplicably stop functioning. You have a full two years or five years from the date of purchase to send it back for servicing. This warranty applies only to watches purchased from the Amazing Watches SL website. Amazing Watches SL does not make any representations on behalf of any watch manufacturer. The warranty Amazing Watches SL offers is comparable to any manufacturer’s warranty apart from where the service will be performed. Amazing Watches SL will perform the services at our location and employs expert watchmakers qualified to work on all major brands. Factory authorized replacement parts are used whenever applicable. Evidence of abuse above the factory specified tolerances will void this warranty. All our watches have met the manufacturer’s water resistance specifications. Keeping the watch crown closed will maintain this water resistance and prevent damage to the movement. This warranty excludes any water damage due to loose and/or open crown and damage to the crystal due to regular wear. We do not offer replacement of quartz watch batteries under this warranty.

We will ship fully insured anywhere in the world with any of the world’s trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT, and the USPS. Decisions will be based on where the package is going.

Customs and Duty fees are buyer´s responsibility.

It is the buyer’s full responsibility to properly ship and return the product back to us. We strongly urge that you DO NOT re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipping. Please include all items we shipped to you. If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to us.

Once your item is received it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage which could adversely affect your refund. When the item is finished with inspection a refund will be issued. We will issue refunds in the manner in which the payment was received. In the unlikely event that a return package becomes missing in transit an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be given upon the successful investigation of the claim. Please allow up to three (3) business days for any credits to update to your account.
